MDF multi-blade saw is a high-efficiency woodworking cutting equipment, mainly used for fast slitting and precise processing of MDF boards. Multi-blade saws cut boards simultaneously through multiple sets of saw blades, and can decompose the entire board into multiple strips of the same or different specifications at one time. It is widely used in furniture manufacturing, building template processing and other fields.
The main engine provides power and controls the operation, and the cutting head is equipped with saw blades. The number and type of saw blades can be adjusted to meet different cutting needs. The feeding system adopts roller feeding to ensure stable board transportation and avoid slipping or jamming. The board enters the saw blade area through the feeding system, and multiple sets of saw blades rotate synchronously at high speed to complete the longitudinal slitting at one time, with a cutting accuracy of up to millimeter level.

The core components of the MDF cutting production line
1. Automatic loading and unloading system
Using hydraulic lifts and cache stations, the whole stack of MDF boards is positioned and transported to the multi-blade saw through a pusher.
The power roller line cooperates with the side positioning mechanism to ensure that the board is accurately transported to the cutting station.
2. Multi-blade saw cutting unit
Use carbide or diamond saw blades (thickness 1.8-3mm), low saw path loss (about 0.3mm), and cutting efficiency 5-6 times higher than traditional band saws520.
Adjustable saw blade spacing and cutting thickness to meet the needs of MDF boards of different specifications318.
Post-processing and conveying system
3. The cut boards are conveyed to the four-sided planer or cladding machine through the roller line to achieve surface finishing and veneer processing. Equipped with dust removal device and cooling system to reduce dust pollution and extend the life of saw blades

What is MDF?
MDF can be defined as a medium-weight board made by bonding wood fiber raw materials. MDF stands for “Medium Density Fiberboard”. The material is an excellent product in interior decoration and furniture decoration due to its light weight, easy to shape into the required size and hard surface.
The production technology of MDF is to bond wood fibers with resins under high temperature and pressure. It does not have a grain structure like traditional wood products. This is mainly because it is made of wood fibers. Therefore, it is not as strong as solid wood in terms of durability. In fact, although it is not suitable for building structural systems, it is a preferred coating material for interior decoration.
Since MDF is a wood material, it has poor moisture and water resistance. However, using different resins and production techniques during the production process, it can be made into a product that is resistant to degradation, water, moisture and biological pests. As a medium-density board, MDF is stronger in processing than materials such as plywood. This feature makes it a very practical home decoration product. In this regard, it provides users with a variety of uses. In addition, the surface of MDF is smooth. Due to this feature, the shape and size of the product are very easy to determine. This material can be said to be an environmentally friendly product because it is based on natural raw materials such as wood and has a simple production process.
