Heavy-duty vertical band saws are also called log band saws, sports car band saws, etc. The main function is actually to cut the raw wood into boards, and then the wood can be processed in the next step.

The CNC band saw sports car is different from conventional equipment. Its control system adopts advanced mechatronics. The control system generally uses PLC, which is more stable. It is more convenient for workers to operate. No programming is required. They only need to fill in the length, size, cutting speed, and processing stroke of the wood to be processed on the computer control end. Ordinary band saws require three people to assist in the processing of wood. The CNC sports car saw integrates all these processes and is completed by one person.

The loading and unloading of wood only requires one worker to cooperate, but for the automated cutting part of the equipment, the participation of workers is not required, which saves a lot of precious time and greatly improves the processing efficiency.
