Horizontal band saws are widely used in solid wood board cutting (pine, fir, oak, poplar, mahogany, etc.); they have high sawing efficiency/small sawing path/good finish, and can save 4-5mm per board compared to traditional vertical saws. Compared with traditional horizontal band saws, the saw wheel diameter is 710mm, which is faster, and the friction between the saw blade and the wheel increases due to the increased contact surface, and the pulling force also increases, so the life of the saw blade can be extended, which is more cost-saving. The sawing path and work difference materials are smaller than those of the old band saws, and the process of over-pressure planing can be omitted later. Sanding can be done directly or after drying, saving wages and material costs;

Compared with the old vertical band saw, the technical requirements for the master are lowered, thereby solving the problem of difficulty in recruiting workers and reducing wage costs; because there is no need to contact the saw blade at close range, production safety can be guaranteed and the risk of work-related injuries can be reduced; the equipment advantages lie in the characteristics of saving labor/materials/safety.

1. Strong fully welded frame: The frame is welded by seamless full welding of 100*100*5mm thick square tubes. The whole machine has good rigidity, the chassis is stable, and the equipment will not vibrate when running at high speed.

2. Thickened workbench: The workbench is made of 10MM thick plate with ribs at the bottom to prevent deformation due to long-term use, which affects the sawing accuracy.

3. Thickened lifting shaft: The upper saw wheel frame load-bearing column is made of φ70MM diameter 45# carbon steel, which is heat-treated to prevent deformation. The extra-thick 8C hard chrome plating layer is not easy to rust and de-chrome, and the lifting is smooth. The bearing saw wheel frame is not easy to deform, vibrate less, and the sawing is accurate.

4. Lifting system: Using Taiwan brand ABBA precision screw rod, the lifting height can be freely set within 200MM, which is convenient to adjust the plate thickness and accurate positioning.

5. Thickened saw wheel bottom plate: 16mm thick national standard steel plate is laser cut, and the square tube is reasonably distributed vertically and horizontally as reinforcing ribs. It is fully welded, with good rigidity and not easy to deform, and the saw blade is more durable.
