Not long ago, a Polish customer purchased a multi-blade saw from ZZCHRYSO, and the customer intended to use it to groove fiberglass reinforced concrete panels. After confirming the order, our factory quickly arranged production for the customer. Recently, the machine has been produced and successfully passed the quality inspection. The customer uses the multi-blade saw for innovative application scenarios of grooving fiberglass reinforced concrete panels. Based on the dust-proof and waterproof structure and multi-power feeding system optimized by patented technology, the equipment can accurately handle composite materials with high resin content and hard texture. Its multi-blade synchronous cutting technology can ensure that the groove flatness error is less than 0.1mm, avoiding the fiber stratification problem caused by traditional cutting methods.
The equipment adopts PLC numerical control system and automatic feeding device to achieve high-speed continuous feeding of 3-5 meters per minute, which is more than 10 times more efficient than traditional single-axis saws. The uniquely designed anti-stick scraper assembly can effectively remove glass fiber debris and resin residues generated during the cutting process. With the 380V high-power motor drive, it can maintain stable temperature even in continuous operation for 8 hours to avoid thermal deformation of the material.
After the equipment is put into use, it is expected that the processing yield rate of glass fiber panels in the customer’s factory will be greatly improved.
